Full complete line accomplish automatic unscrambling, air rinsing,piston pump filling, screw capping,induction sealing,labeling. Features
-Adopt automatic unscramble bottle,instead of handworking,saving labor.
-Rinsing bottle by purified air, ensure the cleanliness,and with the Electrostatic eliminating high ion wind device.
-Adopt volumetric piston pump to fill high precision,fit to light liquid and medium viscosity product, pump is easily taken down,convenient to clean and sterilize.
-The sealing of piston pump is made of different kinds of material,such as silicone,Teflon etc, optional ceramic pump in special use.
-PLC control system,frequency conversion adjustable speed.
-Filling amount of all pumps are major adjusted in one time, minor adjustment for each pump.Easy and quick operate.
-Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leakage.Top bottom fill,mostly reduce foam.
-Adjustable system to fit to various kinds of container without interchange part.
-The whole machine is designed and produced accordance with GMP regulation.
